Harold F. Coyne, Jr., P.P.S.
President and Director of Operations 
 
With 18 years in the industry, Mr. Coyne has combined experience in technology, investigations, security solutions and training.

Qualifications 

  • Massachusetts State Police Private Detective License P830.

  • Massachusetts State Police Licensed Firearms Instructor.

  • Formerly held Top Secret Clearance.

  • Member of instructor staff at Executive Protection Institute of Virginia.

  • Responded within 24 hours of notification with 60 CCG agents in support of security operations during Hurricane Katrina.

  • Provided protection and transportation to members of the Bush family, Governors, Congressmen, and Representatives during the Presidential Debates; working in conjunction with the United States Secret Service Presidential Protection Detail.

  • Hired as a weapons, baton, defensive tactics, O.C. instructor for instruction of force protection on US military bases across nation.

  • Sub contracted to design and implement the security for the Department of Homeland Security Re-patronization of illegal immigrants transported via aircraft from Tucson Arizona, United States to Mexico City and Guadalajara, under the direction of Department of Homeland Security.

  • Designed and implemented training for Boston's Prudential Center Security force on Anti-Terrorism, Crime, Security, Interviewing, and various other subjects, for their Enhanced Security Response Team.

  • Contracted by a Fortune 50 corporation to provide the protection, advance, performance and the driving arrangements for the largest group of Chinese nationals ever to visit the United States, including the Ambassador of China, Minister of Health and the Vice Chairman of the Committee.   Those duties included responsibility for arranging and coordinating protection teams, security and local law enforcement at fifteen different venues, colleges, and public areas. 

  • Designed and implemented the security for a billion-dollar shipyard expected to produce government contracts.

  • Designed and implemented the Protective Services and security design for a major telephone communications corporation.

  • Hired as an expert ballistics and facility security expert by an entertainment industry leader to investigate a multiple shooting.

  • Hired as Lead Protection company to ensure the protection of top R&B artist, duties include advance, planning, motorcades, close and tactical protection during US and World tour, 2003.

  • Consult as a vehicle expert to assess armored vehicles and their protective limitations.

  • Testified in Federal Court and was recognized as a computer forensics expert by the Federal Government to testify on a breach of security and the information found on computer systems.

  • Currently hold concealed weapons permits in 31 states.

  • Published in Security Products Magazine, August 2002, cover story on Executive Protection.

  • Published in Corporate Investigations, Lawyers & Judges, titled Computer Forensic investigations.

Randy B. Lane
With over 25 years combined experience in the military Special Forces Community, Law Enforcement and Security fields, Mr. Lane is a valued and resourceful professional. 

Experience 

  • Executive Protection Institute Firearms Instructor: Trained A group of 25 Marine Police advanced marksmanship and short range combat shooting skills for the 9mm Beretta, M-4 and shotgun, for PSD duties in Iraq 

  • Security Supervisor for Interior Repatriation Project July-Oct 2004: Performed duties as flight security supervisor and Training and Operations developer and trainer. 

  • Instructor/Trainer for At Risk Protection and Investigations, Catharpin, VA: Subcontract Instructor of a mobile training team. Teaching BMI and performing range master duties for armed DOD contract security officers. Weapons include the 9mm berretta and duty shotgun. Primary instructor for tactical baton and use of force continuum (military police POI). Assistant Instructor in unarmed self-defense, OC, handcuffing and other related skills. American Heart Association (first aid/CPR) instructor.

  •  Provided personal security for members of the Saudi royal family.

  • Site Supervisor and Instructor for Asset Protection Team Inc. White Granite Dr. Oakton, Virginia from July 1995-March 2004. As the Site Supervisor, the responsibilities included: Advised and briefed senior corporate executives on security and personnel requirements. Conducted site surveys in various cities throughout the U.S. Provided direction for administrative, logistical and operational functions. Supervised evidence gathering and handling techniques. As an Instructor the responsibilities included: Senior member of a mobile training team. Provided platform and hands on instruction for the Asset Protection Team qualification course including: first aid, baton, guard operations, self-defense, tactical formations and explosives. 

  • 5th Special Forces Group, Ft. Campbell, KY: Operations and Intelligence Sergeant from June 1994-June 1995: Ops and Intel Sgt. For a 12 man Special Forces “A” Team. Planned and briefed operational missions, analyzed various situations and terrain to develop possible courses of action. Trained team members in surveillance techniques, photography, fingerprinting, sniper operations and information gathering. Assisted in the training of tactical communications, weapons, demolitions and trauma. 

  • Military Advisor/Trainer: Office of the Program Manager, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Advisor and trainer to the Saudi Military. Worked with Senior Commanders and small unit leaders. Made recommendations regarding force/weapons training and employment, long range planning and force modernization. Provided guidance for military doctrine and trained leaders in operations, tactics, weapons and military intelligence. 

  • 3rd & 5th Special Forces Group, Ft. Bragg, NC, Senior Weapons Sergeant: Member of a Middle East oriented “A” team. Deployed on various missions to foreign countries. Trained defense forces in weapons, tactics and demolitions.
